Practice Overview Join a thriving, community-centered pediatric dental practice serving children from infancy through young adulthood (ages 6 months to 20 years). With a focus on compassionate, comprehensive care, the practice combines modern technology with a family-friendly atmosphere designed to make every patient feel comfortable and confident. They will look at Pediatric and General Dentist for this position. Patient Base : Primarily pediatric (ages 6 months–20 years) Daily Volume : 20–25 hygiene patients + 8–10 restorative / procedural cases Facility : 4 hygiene chairs and 4 operatories equipped for both routine and advanced care Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with a rotating Saturday schedule Services : Preventive (Fluoride Treatments, Sealants), restorative, and cosmetic pediatric dentistry, including opportunities to perform higher-end procedures Payor Mix : ~80% Medicaid (SoonerCare) with a strong base of commercial dental and vision plans Compensation & Incentives We believe in rewarding quality care and commitment.
