$400,000 First Year Compensation

Outpatient model with inpatient consults
Hospital-employed position, ability to help build program
Support of existing diabetic education program (30 years strong!)
Flexible work week
Strong need for additional endocrinology services in the community, ability to be busy from day one

Earning potential far beyond base with productivity

$325,000 starting base + $75,000 signing bonus + $20,000 annual quality incentive + CME

$20,000 relocation reimbursement
