Role : ServiceNow Developer (ITSM)

Role Description
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, development, integration, upgrades , and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience working on multiple ServiceNow platform implementations .
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model, tables, and relationships .
- Deep functional and technical expertise in ITSM modules — Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Solid experience in GRC and IT Operations Management (ITOM) is required.
- Experience integrating xMatters is a plus.
- Skilled in managing platform availability, performance, and security .
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Orchestration for IT process automation.
- Strong development experience using :
ServiceNow APIs
Workflows, Flow DesignerUI Pages, UI MacrosBusiness Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI ActionsScript Includes, Security RulesEssential Technical Skills
Proficiency in scripting languages : JavaScript, Angular.js, Perl, PowerShellGood understanding of ServiceNow CMDB and ITIL conceptsExperience implementing REST API integrations with third-party toolsAbility to create custom reports, dashboards, and visualizationsFamiliarity with Performance AnalyticsExperience with SQL Server backend development is preferred
