Role : ServiceNow Developer (ITSM)

Locations (Onsite) : New Jersey, NJ | Tampa, FL | Tempe, AZ

Experience Required : 8-10+ Years

Role Description

8-10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, development, integration, upgrades , and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience working on multiple ServiceNow platform implementations .
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model, tables, and relationships .
Deep functional and technical expertise in ITSM modules — Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
Solid experience in GRC and IT Operations Management (ITOM) is required.
Experience integrating xMatters is a plus.
Skilled in managing platform availability, performance, and security .
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Orchestration for IT process automation.
Strong development experience using :

ServiceNow APIs

Workflows, Flow Designer

UI Pages, UI Macros

Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions

Script Includes, Security Rules

Essential Technical Skills

Proficiency in scripting languages : JavaScript, Angular.js, Perl, PowerShell

Good understanding of ServiceNow CMDB and ITIL concepts

Experience implementing REST API integrations with third-party tools

Ability to create custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations

Familiarity with Performance Analytics

Experience with SQL Server backend development is preferred
