Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Internal Float Pool!

Shift : 3rd (7 PM - 7 AM) | Full-Time | Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25 / hour

Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Schedule Details :

Self-Scheduled

2 Mondays and 2 Fridays scheduled every 6 weeks

1 Weekend per 6 weeks

2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter)

Ongoing training includes ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and Charge RN cross-training

Float Pool Registered Nurse Role :

As a member of our Internal Float Pool, you will gain diverse experience by rotating through various units such as ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support. Each shift presents new opportunities to enhance your clinical skills while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

Floating between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units

Providing exceptional patient-centered care

Adapting to different unit workflows while maintaining clinical excellence

Qualifications :

Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred)

Flexibility to meet schedule requirements

Training & Skills Development :

Training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound

Charge Nurse cross-training offered

Licenses & Certifications Required :

Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice
