Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting suitable products and answering inquiries about usage and ingredients.

Offer pre-sale and after-sale support, ensuring a smooth and positive shopping experience.

Product Knowledge

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our full product line, including features, benefits, and applications.

Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations based on customer needs.

Sales Performance

Actively drive sales and meet or exceed store sales targets.

Participate in promotional events, product launches, and in-store marketing activities.

Store Operations

Maintain organized, visually appealing product displays and merchandising layouts.

Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure product availability at all times.

Customer Relationship Management

Build lasting customer relationships to promote loyalty and repeat purchases.

Follow up with customers and gather feedback to enhance satisfaction.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with store colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and achievement of team sales goals.

Support team initiatives and maintain a positive, cooperative work environment.

Market Awareness

Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and beauty / hair care innovations.

Use this knowledge to make informed recommendations to customers.

Qualifications

Education :

Bachelor's degree with sales experience OR

High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years of work experience, including at least 1 year in a similar retail or sales role .

Experience :

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.

Experience in beauty, hair care, wigs, or fashion industries preferred.

Skills :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong product knowledge and willingness to learn.

Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales goals.

Professional and polished personal presentation.

Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, positive attitude.

Preferred Background

Experience in Key Account Service or Sales in beauty, hair, or fashion categories.

Passion for the beauty industry and customer engagement.
