Impact You'll Have : We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Analyst to join our highly engaged Legal and Compliance department. This is a non-attorney role designed for a professional with a strong background in legal support, particularly in HR / employment matters, litigation support, and commercial transactions. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience, including time spent in an in-house legal department of a professional services firm and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Certified paralegals are encouraged to apply, but not a pre-requisite.

Salary Range
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $85,000 - $120,000 annually. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan. Available benefits are based on eligibility. Our Total Rewards package includes a variety of options, including medical and dental plans, vision coverage, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plans, and access to other wellness-focused benefits. Depending on employment category, Stout offers Personal Time Off per calendar year based on standard work hours and years of service or Discretionary Time Off.
