Job Responsibilities :
As a Service Inquiry Specialist , you will :
Be the first point of contact for prospective clients and families by phone, email, or in-personListen with empathy and compassion to understand their care needs and concernsShare information about Home Instead’s services, values, and differentiatorsFollow up promptly with all open leads until closure or disqualificationDocument every interaction accurately in Salesforce to maintain up-to-date recordsPartner with Client Care Coordinators and RPNs to ensure seamless handoffs from inquiry to care consultationAttend weekly team huddles, meetings, and professional development sessionsSupport the franchise’s sales goals and uphold brand excellence through reliable follow-through and communicationQualifications :
A caring, empathetic, and professional communicatorExcellent listening, problem-solving, and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple inquiries at onceProficient with technology (Salesforce experience a plus)Team-oriented with a commitment to continuous learning and improvementPrior experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare preferredJoin Us in Making a Difference!
