In this pivotal role, you will not only provide strategic statistical advice but also collaborate with a dynamic team to devise optimal pathways for regulatory, clinical, and market access strategies. You will be instrumental in developing innovative solutions that blend traditional and cutting-edge statistical approaches.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Acting as the primary contact for key consulting projects, ensuring we exceed client expectations and deliver excellence.
• Building strong, long-term partnerships and understanding the strategic needs of our clients.
• Identifying new business opportunities across Cytel's offerings to support our revenue and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Engaging regularly with senior management and executives at client organizations.
• Traveling frequently to foster professional relationships and elevate our consulting practice.
• Utilizing your robust understanding of the biopharmaceutical R&D process alongside strong business acumen .
• Exhibiting strategic thinking combined with stellar analytical and problem-solving capabilities in complex environments.
• Confidently presenting to senior executives and nurturing relationships with regulatory agencies such as the FDA and EMA, as well as key opinion leaders (KOLs) .
• Demonstrating leadership and management skills to mentor and inspire high-performing teams.
• Being collaborative, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated in fast-paced environments.
