Job description

Work Qualifications :

Computer Skills : Must be able to use common office software systems.

Professional Competencies :

Prioritize tasks to support production.

Strong communication skills both verbally and written with coworkers vendors and customers.

Strong attention to details especially with data entry inspections and inspection reports.

Diligent in researching all requirements using all resources.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Perform dimensional and visual inspections of incoming parts.

Review material certifications and verify conformance to customer specifications.

Download temperature recorders and calculate transit time and remaining out life.

Contact Royals Supply Chain purchases and the customer as discrepancies arise.

Maintain records of receipt using the scanner.

Verify clerical computations against physical count of receipt and investigate and report reasons for discrepancies.

Complete ERP transactions to receive supplies into inventory.

Perform in-process and final inspections as needed.

Assist Contracts Administrator in the RMA process.
