Production Operator (Specialized)

Pay : $21 / hr

Schedule : Monday–Friday, Swing Shift : 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 30 PM (with 2 hours of daily overtime until 12 : 30 AM)

Location : Fremont, CA

Type : Temp-to-Hire

Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing company in Fremont, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. This is a fantastic temp-to-hire opportunity for someone with experience in PCB conformal coating and encapsulation.

Must have : Excellent dexterity – ability to handle small, delicate components using tweezers under a microscope.

Responsibilities :

Prepare printed circuit boards for conformal coating using appropriate masking materials.

Mask and de-mask circuit boards per drawings, process documentation, and instructions.

Perform staking, potting, and coating tasks as directed.

Operate automated dispensing / coating robots.

Select and use appropriate tools for masking / demasking tasks.

Qualifications :

Excellent dexterity – ability to handle small, delicate components using tweezers under a microscope.

Ability to read and interpret printed circuit board drawings.

Strong attention to detail.

Familiarity with ISO9001, AS9100, and other quality standards.

Experience with PCB conformal coating and encapsulation is a plus.
