Pay : $ 2640 per week

Physical Therapist Home Health

Position Open : 1

Duration : 13 to 26  weeks

Shift Info : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 16 : 30)

Guaranteed Hours : Per contract, facility can call off UP TO one shift per pay period (every two weeks) if needed

Years of Experience REQ : 1 YR of Skilled Home Health Experience

First-Timers Accepted : No

Weekend REQ : 1 Weekend Shift Per Contract

Is On-Call REQ? : No

Will this traveler need to float between like units? : No

Locals Accepted : Yes; Considered "local" within 50-75 mile radius

Pending License Accepted : Yes

Traveler is expected to have their own transportation

Oasis is preferred

Attire / Scrub Color : Any basic color scrubs

Charting : EPIC

Parking Cost : Free

Mileage Reimbursement : IRS

Requirements :

Active Unrestricted CA PT License - preferred

Active BLS via American Heart Association

Years of Experience REQ : 1 YR of Skilled Home Health Experience

COVID vaccination in addition to one booster - required

Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
