JOB DESCRIPTION

Prepares, stages, sets up, and performs startups and shutdowns (e.g., racks, hard drives, switches) according to specific instructions provided via checklists, guides, and standard protocols. Applies advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise to quickly identify the cause(s) of issues.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 0-2+ years’ experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
• Flexibility to work non-standard business hours that may include weekends and / or holidays

COMPENSATION

$18 / hr to $21 / hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
