Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers an opportunity for a Special Education Teacher to support high school students during the 2025 / 2026 school year. Located near Manhattan, KS, this contract role focuses on providing specialized instruction and acmodations to meet the diverse learning needs of students with disabilities.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for high school students.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure student success.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in pliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
