Position Overview :

We're on the hunt for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who can bring a touch of humor and a whole lot of heart to our team. You'll be the hero who tackles customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat, armed with nothing but your wit, charm, and an uncanny ability to navigate our CRM system, HubSpot (or Salesforce, if that’s more your speed).
Key Responsibilities :
Phone Whisperer : Answer incoming calls with the precision of a ninja and the charm of your favorite barista. Provide accurate info, solve problems, and leave customers wondering if they just spoke to their new best friend.Email Magician : Turn customer emails into conversations that are both efficient and effective, making sure each one gets the timely follow-up it deserves—because no email should feel neglected.Chat Champion : Engage with customers in live chat like it’s your superpower, delivering responses so prompt and helpful they’ll think you’re a mind reader.Order Maestro : Process customer orders with the precision of a Swiss watchmaker, ensuring every detail is spot-on and orders are fulfilled faster than you can say "customer satisfaction."Data Dynamo : Keep our CRM system (HubSpot) looking neat and tidy, managing and updating customer data with the care and consistency of a librarian who just discovered alphabetizing.Ticket Tackler : Handle support and service tickets like a pro, coordinating with internal teams to provide solutions that are as satisfying as the last piece of pizza.Professional Juggler : Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer focus while juggling multiple tasks—because who doesn’t love a good challenge?Qualifications :
Experience : Previous customer service experience? Awesome! This is definitely a requirement along with a great attitude!CRM Know-How : Experience with CRM systems (especially HubSpot) is highly desirable—bonus points if you’ve ever dreamed about CRM automation.Communication Guru : Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a side of humor (because who says customer service has to be boring?).Organizational Wizardry : Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail—because we believe in getting it right the first time.Multitasking Ninja : Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks—while maintaining the calm of a yoga instructor.Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and MacOS. - Because PCs take bytes , but Apple gives you the whole slice !Problem-Solving Extraordinaire : A customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills that could rival Sherlock Holmes.Team Player : Ability to work independently while being a great team player—because together, we’re unstoppable.If you’re ready to bring your A-game (and maybe a few jokes) to our customer service team, we’d love to hear from you!
