• Arthroscopy, Total Joint replacement (hips and knees), Joint revision or repair (shoulder, hip, knees), Tendon release / repair
• Physician must be available to report to the hospital within 20 minutes when called, therefore we do not allow the provider to take call from home.
• REQUIRED :
• UT License Unrestricted
• Board Status : Board Certified or Board Eligible with the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery
• MD or DO Degree from accredited Medical School along with accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency
