Job Title : Department Support Specialist I
Duration : 6 Months (Possible 1 year extension / Contract to hire)
Location : Remote / Hybrid (Wednesday - onsite) Houston, TX 77002
Pay Range : $20-$25 / Hour
Job Description :
- Able to work 8a-5p
- Hybrid work with requirement to be in office 1x per week- Wednesdays.
- Should have home office space, with limited distractions, and equipment (monitors, keyboard, headphones, mouse).
- Looking for adaptable, positive, self-starter with attention to detail and strong time management / prioritization skills, as the role involves working independently.
- Background in customer service is crucial, along with basic Microsoft / Excel, and strong written / verbal commination and issue resolution skills.
- Experience with order to cash systems, Salesforce, and the energy market would be advantageous.
- No minimum years of experience or degree required; experience is preferred.
- This is a customer service role which primarily works on cases in Salesforce related to billing and other operational issues.
- Will primarily act as an intermediary between the customer, the company / internal stakeholders, and potentially the utility.
- They handle cases escalated from tier one.
