Telecommunications Aerial Helper

Job Overview

Seeking entry-level and experienced technicians to support aerial cable construction projects in the West Virginia market. Technicians will work in field crews alongside a lead, contributing to broadband infrastructure builds across various environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform aerial cable installation tasks
• Pull fiber and coaxial cables
• Assist with traffic control and safety setups
• Operate basic hand tools and support utility work
• Read and follow construction plans and specifications
• Load, unload, and distribute tools and materials
• Measure and mark layout areas for construction
• Operate or assist with directional drilling equipment
• Maintain and clean tools, machinery, and equipment
• Tend to pumps, compressors, or generators as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00 / hr.
