A Brief Overview The Sales Coordinator serves as the central point of coordination between Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effectiveness of the sales organization by implementing and managing the Salesforce CRM platform, overseeing day-to-day sales operations, and coordinating the activities of internal sales staff and Door-to-Door (D2D) contractor teams.
The Sales Coordinator ensures seamless communication across departments, monitors lead flow and sales performance, and supports customer retention initiatives to maximize overall sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
