United Talent is currently seeking an experienced and safety-focused Roll-Off Driver to join a reputable waste management company in the Fairmont, WV area. The Roll-Off Driver will be responsible for safely operating a roll-off truck to transport waste containers to and from customer sites, landfills, or recycling facilities. Key Responsibilities :

• Operate roll-off truck to pick up and deliver waste or recycling containers.
• Load, unload, and secure heavy materials as needed.
• Strap down loads to ensure proper transport and compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain accurate route logs, delivery documentation, and time records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely service.
• Follow all DOT, safety, and environmental regulations.
