The Purdue for Life Foundation is an organization that advances Purdue University by helping people who love Purdue stay connected, get involved, and give back. As the Alumni Clubs Senior Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting alumni volunteers and strengthening Purdue’s alumni club network. You will partner closely with PFLF and University colleagues to empower alumni leaders, foster meaningful connections, and expand Purdue’s presence nationwide. Your work will directly contribute to building vibrant, engaged communities of Boilermakers across the country.

Key Responsibilities

Engagement & Volunteer Support

• Maintain awareness of programs and initiatives related to Purdue Alumni Clubs and how they intersect with Engagement Pillars, Marketing and Communications, Finance, and Special Events.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and guide alumni club leaders through proactive communication, monthly virtual meetings, and consistent feedback.
• Identify opportunities to establish or reactivate alumni clubs; develop strategies for volunteer recruitment, retention, and leadership succession.
• Provide operational support to ensure smooth club processes and effective volunteer communication.
• Partner with the Alumni Club Executive Assistant to share operational and financial updates with club leaders.
• Represent alumni clubs at Purdue for Life and Purdue University events to strengthen campus partnerships and alumni engagement.
• Travel (15–30%) to club regions for recruitment, training, event support, and speaking engagements.
