Job Description
The Human Resources Business Partner (“HRBP”) is integral in aligning business objectives with HR initiatives. The HRBP serves as a strategic business partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on various HR matters to drive organizational success. This role works closely with business / department management to oversee various HR functions such as performance management, talent acquisition, engagement, team member relations, development and compliance. Acting as both a team member advocate and a change agent, the HRBP supports key business strategies and promotes a positive workplace culture. This position requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, business acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Strategic Partnership : Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide HR insights and solutions that align with business goals.
- Talent Management : Support workforce planning, recruitment, and talent development initiatives to ensure the organization has the right skills and capabilities. Work closely with department leaders to understand needs and implement effective recruitment and onboarding strategies.
- Team Member Relations : Act as a trusted advisor for managers and team members, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Performance Management : Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Change Management : Lead change initiatives and organizational development efforts to support business transformations. Drive continuous improvement in HR processes to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
- HR Metrics : Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement in HR practices.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and implement HR policies and procedures that support legal and ethical standards.
- Training and Development : Identify training needs and implement training and development programs that align with organizational goals and enhance team member skills and knowledge.

Qualifications / Education :
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, or a related field : years of experience may be substituted for degree.5+ years of progressive HR experience.Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures and ability to continually improve processes and procedures.Motivated self-starter, confident, and able to navigate and lead through change.Ability to initiate and prioritize multiple projects.Knowledge of and expertise in mentoring leaders and employees.Strong ability in delivering outstanding customer service and relationship building, problem-solving, and influence skills. Must have exceptional written and verbal communication.Ability to maintain confidentiality under difficult circumstances and ability to handle situations that may be highly sensitive.Ability to work on a team of peers to collaboratively solve problems and carry out team initiative.Able to work in a fast-paced environment, strong work-ethic, and a reputation for the highest degree of integrity and mature business judgment.
