Job Title : Pharmacist-My Pharmacy Crystal River
Possible Schedule :
Monday - Friday (8a -5p)
Essential Responsibilities
- Enforce pharmacy policies and procedures
- Perform pharmacist tasks including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management
- Accountable for safe medication storage, diversion monitoring and other pharmacy inventory activities
- Resolve patient complaints and answer questions to ensure a positive patient experience
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations
- Ensure compliance with all applicable TJC standards and elements of performance (EPs)
- Participates in CCRH QIQA (Quality Improvement-Quality Assurance) programs, including the review of error reports , drug utilization reviews, and adverse drug event reporting.
