What You'll Do

  • Lead technical problem-solving initiatives with major clients, conducting on-site analyses and developing innovative solutions
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers on product testing, material selection, and optimization
  • Drive continuous improvement projects that shape the future of packaging solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Quality Assurance
  • Travel to client sites (40%) to provide hands-on technical expertise and build strong client relationships

    • What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in injection molding or filling / capping industry
  • Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • Strong expertise in caps, containers, injection molding processes, resins, additives, and capping equipment
  • Excellence in problem-solving and technical analysis
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and technical measurement tools
  • Ability to travel (40%) to client sites
  • Passion for continuous improvement and innovation

    • Technical Equipment Proficiency

    You'll work with specialized equipment including :

  • Precision measurement tools (vernier, depth micrometer, comparator)
  • Microscopes and heat induction units
  • Advanced testing and analysis equipment
