Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
As a Sales Rep Closer, you’ll be the final touchpoint in our acquisition process—engaging with warm leads, uncovering seller motivations, and closing deals that fuel our investment pipeline.
- 70% Lead Engagement & Closing
- Handle inbound leads generated via mailers, marketing campaigns, and referrals
- Conduct initial outreach to understand seller motivations
- Investigate property ownership and seller circumstances
- Collaborate with inspectors and assisting closers to assess property condition
- Use provided scripts to guide conversations and close deals
- 30% Pipeline & Process Support
- Track and manage leads using Podium CRM
- Coordinate with marketing and acquisitions teams
- Occasionally support outbound prospecting (cold calling)
- Participate in team strategy sessions and deal reviews
