Excel Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Hickory, North Carolina.

Job Description & Requirements

• Duration : 12 weeks
• 48 hours per week
• Shift : 12 hours, nights
• Employment Type : Travel

4x12 OR 3x12 Nights 7p-7a, weekdays, minimum of EOW, holidays

Option to flex to 4x12 if needed / available - OT billed after 48

Certs Required : BLS, ACLS, PALS (all via AHA),

Preferred : CPI / CIC; Travelers can obtain CPI here if they stay longer than 3 months

2-3 years experience required

LOCALS OK

EMR - Meditech (experience preferred)

TRAVEL EXP REQUIRED

Skills : Blood Product Administration, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), General Emergency Department-Combined Adult / Pedi, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions, IV vasopressors, Management of dysrhythmias, Phlebotomy, Starting and maintaining IVs, Triage
