Job Description

A leading luxury residential builder is now recruiting an experienced Superintendent to take charge of a landmark 10-year custom homes development in the Fairfield area offering long-term stability, career growth and the chance to build at the highest level of craft.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead all field operations on site : daily supervision of crews, subcontractors and onsite logistics
• Ensure the finest craftsmanship, schedule accuracy, safety adherence and budget control
• Manage complex custom home builds across the development, maintaining quality and homeowner satisfaction
• Partner closely with project leadership and design teams to deliver turnkey residences that reflect a commitment to craft, comfort & style
• Dealing with home owners during and after completion.
• Managing projects which value between $4million-$10million.

What You Bring :

✅ Proven experience as a Superintendent on luxury custom-home developments (or Medical, High Rises, Condos)

✅ Track record overseeing multiple homes and managing high standards of craftsmanship

✅ Strong leadership, communication, scheduling and quality-control skills

✅ A passion for building environments that reflect lifestyle, comfort, and exceptional design
