Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment starting October 22-January 30 at their Corporate Health clinic in Storm Lake, IA. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 7 : 00am-4 : 00pm and Tuesday and Thursday 9 : 00am-6 : 00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified and have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
