What You'll Do

Data Analysis and Process Optimization

• Develop strategies to improve throughput, reduce downtime, and optimize resource utilization.
• Analyze production and operational data, including real-time and historical data from PLCs and SCADA systems, to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to management for process changes, workforce optimization, and cost reductions.
• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sustained improvements in productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis using problem-solving techniques to address production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to develop and execute enhanced output strategies that align with business objectives.
