This position is in our Tampa, FL office and includes a full-time Monday-Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Identify and set appointments with prospective clients

Collaborate with a mentor to assess client needs and goals

Develop and execute a personalized marketing plan

Create customized financial plans tailored to each client's objectives

Build and maintain strong client relationships over time

Provide ongoing consultation and support as clients' needs evolve

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Associate or Bachelor's degree (business or related field preferred)

Ability to obtain required licenses

U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

Strong drive, coachability, and commitment to helping clients succeed
