2nd Shift (3 : 30 pm - 12 : 00 am) - $2.50 shift differential

$3,000 sign on bonus

Eligible for quarterly bonuses

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be part of our Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing team located in Berea, OH. You'll get to :

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Mechanically troubleshoot, repair and maintain all types of industrial machinery, equipment and systems
• Capable of rebuilding or repairing machines or assemblies to original operating conditions
• Familiar with CNC machines, punch presses, and spot-welding equipment
• Responsible for project management work and / or documentation of product equipment or processes
• Communicate, discuss, and / or review repair problems with Engineering, the Tool Room, Production Team Leads or vendors as needed
• Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventative and unscheduled maintenance)
• Plan and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment up time
• Keep neat orderly records and order spare parts
• Perform other duties that may be assigned
