We’re looking for a hands-on, maintenance-focused Property Manager who thrives in a fast-moving, often hectic environment . This role is ideal for someone with a background in residential construction, fix-and-flips, or property renovations , who can balance organizational systems with practical, on-the-ground problem-solving.

As our Property Manager, you’ll be the go-to contact for owners, tenants, and vendors. You’ll focus heavily on coordinating and overseeing maintenance issues, repair projects, and property improvements to keep homes in top condition. You’ll also support day-to-day operational needs—ensuring issues are handled quickly, records stay accurate, and tenants and owners receive professional, timely communication.

Compensation

• Base Salary : $50,000 - $60,000 annually
• Benefits : Health & Dental
