We are looking for an experienced Lead Infrastructure Engineer specializing in systems and networking to join our team in Plant City, Florida. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to lead technical initiatives in a Managed Services Provider environment while contributing to the growth and success of a dynamic team. The role involves hands-on work with cutting-edge technologies and collaboration across diverse technical domains.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and guide a team of Systems Engineers to ensure effective delivery of technical solutions and foster growth and development.
• Design, implement, and manage advanced network architectures across a variety of client environments.
• Administer and maintain Hyper-V Clustering systems with a focus on reliability and scalability.
• Configure and optimize Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune platforms to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to translate technical needs into actionable solutions.
• Deliver onsite technical support in the Plant City, Florida area when required.
• Ensure security and compliance across all systems and networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking and system issues efficiently.
• Provide detailed documentation and reports on system configurations and network operations.
• Remote role but must live within 2 hours of Tampa
• Extensive experience within a Managed Services Provider or multi-client technical environment.
• Advanced networking expertise, including routing, switching, firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs.
• Hands-on proficiency with Hyper-V Clustering.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune administration.
• Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Palo Alto Firewalls, and AWS Managed Services.
• Ability to travel locally within the Plant City, Florida area for onsite support.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant technical experience.
• This is a lead role but only requiring one year of experience with that as long as you have a blended background within Network and Systems.
