Overview

The Opportunity : The Salon Stylist is located at the AG Retail Flagship Chicago location and reports directly to the Assistant Salon Manager. This position is responsible for delivering Girl Hair Salon services, as well as the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide girl and doll salon services to customers that ensure a high-level experience at American Girl.
• Perform a broad range of styles and must be able to work with a variety of hair lengths, types, and textures.
• Answer guest questions, providing general customer assistance, styling Girl's hair according to company standards, resolving customer issues, conducting inventory of salon supplies, stocking area, cleaning, sanitizing, maintaining workspace, and communicating needs to management.
• Training and certification will be provided to perform ear piercing services. Trained associates will follow ear piercing procedure checklist, complete waivers, and review After Care procedures with guests.
