HVAC Controls Installer - Service & Installation Technician

We are immediately seeking a full-time, on-site HVAC Controls Installer with a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on commercial experience. This is not an entry-level role. Candidates must have a proven background in installing, servicing, and troubleshooting advanced Building Automation Systems (BAS) and other HVAC control systems. Key Responsibilities : Install, program, service, and troubleshoot HVAC controls including thermostats, sensors, and BAS equipment. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation accurately. Collaborate with the team to ensure on-time, high-quality project completion. Provide professional, customer-focused service during installation and maintenance calls. Qualifications : 3-5+ years of proven experience in HVAC controls installation and service (Commercial HVAC preferred). Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, BAS controls, and electrical wiring. Advanced troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. EPA certification preferred but not required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
