Patient Services Specialist at The Lung Center
Full-Time Patient Service Specialist needed for our Lung Center Clinic! Eligible for Employee Referral Bonusesrefer a friend and earn $$$ Great schedule : Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-1pm.
General Objectives
Provides patients and physicians with professional and friendly reception duties.
Organizes patient flow, keeping physicians and patients on schedule.
Maintains patient files and accounts in a professionally accurate manner.
Screens office manager, physician and nurse calls, handling appropriately.
Qualifications
Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills : Clerical : typing filing, scheduling, computer, phone and people skills. Excellent customer service skills; strong computer skills. We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas.
Experience : Two years in a reception or clerical field preferred.
Salary Range
- ?$19.00 to $27.75 / hour
Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
