US Reinsurance Broking - Associate Director

What the day will look like :

Work closely with our broker and analytics teams in preparation and presentation of relevant materials to our clients and reinsurers.

How this opportunity is different :

Assist the Surety broker team and its customers by proving a full array of reinsurance placement services including the following :

• Preparation of Reinsurance Submission
• Analysis of client data
• Assistance with negotiations
• Management of special acceptances to client coverage
• Marketing reinsurance terms and conditions
• Monitoring the placement process
• Production of post-placement materials
• Serving as a liaison between the broker and contract wordings teams
• Manage all compliance and administrative initiatives for the team
• Participate actively in both client and marketing facing roles

Conduct industry research and peer comparisons as directed

Pay Transparency Laws : The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 USD. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
