Key Responsibilities :

• Provide High-Quality Patient Care : Perform a range of dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings, scaling, root planing (SRP), and adjunctive treatments as needed.
• Patient Education : Educate patients on maintaining optimal oral health, including brushing, flossing, plaque control, nutrition, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with the Dental Team : Work closely with the dentist and other team members to assess patient needs and ensure they receive the best care possible. Assist with the development of individualized treatment plans.
• Patient Comfort & Communication : Ensure that patients are comfortable throughout their appointments and address any concerns they may have. Build strong relationships with patients and encourage good oral hygiene habits.
• Maintain Clinical Documentation : Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting all treatments, procedures, and patient interactions.
• Infection Control & Safety : Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
• Manage Patient Flow : Effectively manage a productive schedule of 8-12 patients per day, ensuring high-quality care while maintaining efficiency.
