At Air Professionals in Flemington, NJ, we're looking for a skilled and experienced full-time Lead HVAC Installer - Team Lead to guide our team, ensure top-tier craftsmanship, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Schedule : This is a full-time position with overtime available. Some weekend work will be required, and your hours will be discussed in the interview!

As our Lead HVAC Installer - Team Lead, you start the day by reviewing the installation schedule and ensuring your team has the right materials and tools. You lead by example, overseeing the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, troubleshooting challenges, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You train apprentices, assign tasks, and communicate with customers to provide updates and answer questions. By the end of the day, you've not only completed a successful install but also helped your team improve their skills.
