Overview :
Applicants must have completed an accredited fellowship in Sports Medicine and possess a CAQ, equivalent board certification, or be eligible for sports medicine board certification from their primary specialties. Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical skills and a commitment to teaching and scholarly activities, including research.
Patients treated in the Division of Sports Medicine present a wide range of sports injuries, so applicants should have training and experience to manage the full spectrum of pediatric-focused sports medicine. We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise or interest in musculoskeletal ultrasound, dance medicine, and OMM. We welcome and support applicants with a strong or emerging research background. Our program sponsors a competitive sports medicine fellowship and actively teaches medical students, residents, and fellows at NCH and OSU College of Medicine.
