Key Responsibilities:

• Registered Nurse - ICU delivers direct patient care to critically ill individuals, including continuous monitoring, medication administration, and treatment plan execution.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with hospital protocols and evidence-based practices.
• Monitor vital signs, manage ventilators, infusion pumps, and life-support systems.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in code situations.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
