Location : Paso Robles, CA (In-Office | On-Site | Not Remote)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to plan, organize, and manage complex water infrastructure and tank construction projects from turnover through completion. This role involves close coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in full compliance with all specifications and safety requirements.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Oversee project customers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Delegate tasks to team members based on skill, experience, and deadlines
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams to complete projects accurately, efficiently, and on scheduleOutline project tasks, timelines, and budget requirementsConduct cost analysis and prepare budget forecastsPlan and develop structured project schedules using Primavera P6Identify risks and implement mitigation strategiesServe as primary liaison between company, customers, and vendorsAddress concerns, questions, and feedback throughout the project lifecycleEnsure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, and company standardsProvide project insight and documentation to senior managementSupport sales / marketing with project-related training and technical informationPerform other duties as assigned by the Senior Project ManagerRequired Skills & Abilities
Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skillsExcellent time management and problem-solving abilitiesHigh attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Primavera P6 scheduling softwareWorking knowledge of tank manufacturing and erection processesAbility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced construction environmentEducation & Experience
Bachelors degree in Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business (preferred)At least 3 years of experience in construction project managementPMP, CAPM, or other project management certification (preferred)Physical & Travel Requirements
Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periodsMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsTravel may be required; some projects may require staying on-site for specified durationsBenefits
