Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure contamination control measures are available and followed at the site as per Contamination Control Strategy (CCS) and procedures.
• Handle QMS activities (OOT / OOS / Market complaint / Investigation / Deviation).
• Review and approve SOPs, validation protocols / reports, specifications, and manufacturing instructions related to production, ensuring their implementation.
• Implement recommendations from internal / external audits.
• Plan department activities according to weekly / monthly schedules.
• Meet production schedules in both quantity and quality.
• Maintain effective control over manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Coordinate training activities for Penem SGO employees as a DTC.
• Organize and implement on-job training for all team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the department, systems, and equipment.
• Control wastages during operations.
• Conduct counseling and grievance handling for subordinates.
• Review and initiate CAPA, deviation, and change control processes.
• Ensure products are produced and stored according to documentation and meet delivery schedules.
• Provide ongoing training for employees.
• Complete validation / qualification activities for aseptic processes, equipment, and systems as per procedures.
• Review Batch Production Records (FOMI) / POPIs.
• Ensure timely SAP transactions.
• Review and approve Master Batch Manufacturing / Packing Records.
• Follow current Good Manufacturing Practices, EHS practices, and SOPs during work.
• Manufacture and fill sterile dry powder injectable batches as per plan.
• Complete required training within specified timelines.
• Verify transfer of raw materials from staging to processing areas.
• Issue raw and packaging materials from the store as per P.O. and update stocks in SAP.
• Record data online accurately.
• Complete documentation for critical areas, garment areas, and water systems promptly.
• Perform any other assigned responsibilities or activities.
• Maintain harmonious relationships with peers and seniors to ensure a collaborative work environment.
