What you will be doing:
A Graphic Design Intern on the Brand Experience (BX) Team will gain hands-on experience working on real-world projects for business units across Premier - project opportunities include collateral for trade shows, our annual conference, Breakthroughs, marketing, and internal communications. In turn they will have the opportunity to build a diverse portfolio of design work including digital ads, marketing one pagers, presentations, and social content while networking with, and being mentored by, experienced team members from different design backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibility #1- 85%
Create Multi-Channel Marketing/Communication Tools
Using templates and creating new collateral pieces such as digital ads, one pagers, presentations, and social content.
Translate verbal ideas into visual concepts, refined designs, and production-ready artwork.
Support broad marketing initiatives, such as new marketing strategies, conference collateral and national meetings.
Creating graphics for branded environments with a strong understanding of scale and perspective.
Responsibility #2 - 15%
Expanding knowledge of design and seeking out ways to improve skills
Engaging in the understanding of Premier, healthcare, and digital marketing
Required Qualifications
Work Experience:

Adobe Creative Suite
Figma
Microsoft Suite
Strong communication skills
Organized and reliable
Ability to collaborate and brainstorm with designers and marketers
Design and developmental skills, such as, typography, layout, color, branding, and ability to create strong conceptual collateral based of templates and existing standards.
Experience:
Some experience with working through client-based projects (assignments or real word)
Education:
Working towards degree in design
