Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Director of Design to lead the development of a one-of-a-kind product that merges game design, artificial intelligence, and health. This essential role is focused on creating a user experience that embraces playful, co-created interactions rather than conventional methodologies. In this position, you will mentor and guide a team of talented designers, and establish a cohesive design system that nurtures creativity and encourages engagement.

The Director of Design will play a key role in shaping the company’s design strategy, overseeing hiring processes, and fostering team growth. Ideal candidates will possess 5-10 years of experience leading design teams, particularly in fast-paced startup, gaming, or hybrid UX / productivity environments. A solid foundation in UX and interaction design is crucial, along with proficiency in Figma and generative AI tools.
