Chief Accounting Officer

PVHardware is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) to lead our Accounting and Controlling functions and support our continued growth. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and supporting operational excellence in a dynamic and rapidly growing renewable energy sector.

You will partner closely with the CFO and leadership team to provide financial insights that drive decision-making in a complex business model that combines manufacturing, supply chain management, and large-scale infrastructure projects.

PVH - PVHardware provides innovative solar tracking solutions for the global utility‑scale solar market, including trackers, fixed structures and SCADA system. We are the third largest solar tracker supplier in the world and aim to be the industry leader!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations, including cost accounting for manufacturing, project accounting for EPC activities, tax compliance, and treasury.
• Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of consolidated financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.
• Oversee revenue recognition for multi‑element contracts (e.g., long‑term tracker supply agreements) and ensure compliance with ASC 606.
• Manage external audits and relationships with tax advisors, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Implement and monitor robust internal controls in line with SOX requirements.
