About the Role
Were hiring a B2B Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid acquisition across Ads and Google Ads and turn budgets into qualified pipelineASAP start. Youll plan, launch, and scale campaigns end-to-end, run structured experimentation (A / B & multivariate), and drive measurable impact on CPL, CTR, CVR, CAC, and pipeline. Youll collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing, and your work will reach global audiences discovering our solutions.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimise Ads and Google Ads to drive qualified B2B leads and pipeline.
- Run A / B and multivariate tests on audiences, creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
- Improve ROI continuously : manage budgets, bids, pacing; scale winners, cut waste.
- Conduct keyword and audience research; refine targeting and segmentation.
- Instrument, track, and report performance (CPL, CTR, CVR, CPA, pipeline / revenue attribution) with clear insights and next actions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align offers, ICPs, messaging, and SLAs; close the loop on lead quality.
- Propose / support tests in adjacent channels (SEO, email, content) where they accelerate paid performance.
Requirements
3+ years running B2B performance marketing with proven success in Ads and Google Ads.Demonstrated ability to manage significant ad budgets and improve unit economics (CPL / CAC).Track record of driving sales pipeline or revenue from paid digital campaigns.Analytical, detail-oriented, and data-drivencomfortable with experimentation, cohort analysis, and attribution.Thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with clear ownership and targets.Strong cross-functional communication; able to partner with Sales, RevOps, and Content.Nice to Have
Experience in B2B SaaS / tech or other high-growth businesses.Working knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or content to complement paid.Familiarity with common martech / analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager, HubSpot / CRM, Campaign Manager, Google Ads Editor).Benefits
