- Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner
Location : Mobile, AL (Hybrid : 3 days onsite, 2 remote)
Role Overview :
Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles across all levels, from entry to senior leadership. Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies, including networking and direct outreach, while representing Airbus’ values and employment brand. Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles.Partner with hiring managers and HR to define needs and deliver top talent.Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging social media and other tools.Conduct pre-screen interviews and present qualified candidate slates.Support workforce development initiatives and participate in recruitment events.Ensure compliance with EEO, labor laws, and internal policies.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience; aerospace / aviation preferred.Strong knowledge of staffing principles, U.S. employment laws, and applicant tracking systems.Expertise in sourcing techniques, including social media and LinkedIn Recruiter.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.You should be proficient in :
