Job Description
Metric Geo are partnered with a leading site development contractor specializing in large scale mission-critical and commercial projects up to 100+ acres. They’re seeking a Senior Estimator to strengthen their preconstruction team and drive success on high-demand data center and commercial projects.
What You’ll Do
- Review site / civil drawings and complete accurate take-offs
- Prepare detailed bids and proposals for site / earthwork packages
- Source, solicit, and negotiate subcontractor / supplier quotes
- Support smooth handoff of awarded projects to operations teams
