FOH / BOH Manager

Starting pay range is $24.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience.

The Role :

As a FOH Manager or BOH Manager you'll oversee the daily shift (FOH) and operations of the kitchen (BOH), ensuring everything runs smoothly while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and efficiency. You'll lead a team of FOH and kitchen staff, train new team members, and keep the Caffe and kitchen organized and well-stocked so that we can deliver the exceptional dining experience that our customers have come to love.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead by Example : Oversee and guide the team during food. Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency throughout the day.
• Ensure Safety & Cleanliness : Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and environment for the team and guests.
• Inventory Management : Oversee inventory levels, track stock, and place orders as needed to keep the kitchen and Caffe running smoothly. Work with management to monitor food costs and manage the kitchen budget.
• Training & Development : Train and mentor staff, helping them grow their skills and ensuring everyone is aligned with Urth Gaffe's high standards of quality and customer service.
• Problem-Solving & Efficiency : Manage the workflow, solve problems as they arise, and ensure the team meets demand during peak times while minimizing waste.
